The best company in the field of manufacturing (L&T) in India has done this. It has not informed the people whom they have recruited from the best colleges of India that they might have to work in their sister concerns which are Wseperate business units and they will not come under the tag of L&T. They are working in companies that are seen far below than other companies.The HR have not taken care of their needs.With all these in the background the company's chief is asking the students to take a career in manufacturing.
Without providing a good work enviro and a good work culture on what basis do these people ask the young generation to take careers in manufacturing. Instead of blaming the software companies in taking the young talent,let the dons create better work culture.
If not, it is not the young generation which is going to be affected much but their own concerns.
I would like to hear from the dons for my questions.

my opinion on future of indian politics
why is the election comission not taking any step to see that atleat the future generation of politicians are well educated.why cant we bring in a resoulution or a rule, whatever we call it, that anyone who is to contest in the elections from 2012 (say) should be a graduate?.
otherwise all these thugs and rowdies only will come to the parliament and make it nothing better than a gutter...this is my dream of an indian?..

Indian Engineering Expertise
Hi
I would like to bring in this blog my opinions on Indian Engineering Expertise.We have come a great way in the last 50-60 yrs after our independence in the field of engineering. Thanks to the work of a large number of government sponsored and allied institutions like the Indian Institute of Technologies, ISRO, DRDO, BARC, TIFR. But looking back it can also be seen the other way around also. Have we displayed much of original thinking and created leadership positions in all the fields of engineering or have we only followed the foot steps of some leading nations and have created very few world class research.
